We don’t use any low-end or cheap leather, so you cannot go wrong with anything you buy from us. It just depends on what you are looking for in your leather.
What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
You will immediately receive an online order confirmation. When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours or the next business day. We’ll also notify you via email within 24 hours if your order contains any sold-out or back-ordered items.
My company is based overseas. Can you ship internationally?
We regularly ship and supply customers on a global basis. All of our packages are shipped using international courier services, and complete tracking/airway bill numbers are provided from the point of shipment. Orders can be made 24 hours a day online, so no problem with timezones either!
How will you pack my products for shipment?
Our standard packing method is to ship hides wrapped on a cardboard tube with a final covering layer of heavy plastic to protect your hairs. Larger deliveries are sent in palletized boxes, and we keep a stock of tannelised pallets for certain overseas destinations. If you have specific packing requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact your account manager; we’ll be happy to help!
Are there any banned or dangerous substances within any of your products?
There are no banned or restricted substances within any products or products that could potentially pollute. Please refer to our technical data sheets (in our products section) for further detailed information.
How should I clean and care for my leather?
Leather is relatively straightforward to clean and care for. Probably the best piece of advice would be to regularly vacuum your leather to ensure that tiny particles of dirt don’t gather and irritate the leather, accelerating any potential wear. In addition, superficial stains can be cleaned using our leather cleaning wipes, available online. Finally, always refer to a stain industry professional for longer-lasting and rugged removal of colours.
How do I know if ordering online is secure? What are you going to do with my name and order information?
We encrypt your personal information, such as your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the page and an unbroken key or lock at the bottom left corner of the page. Which products are available online compared to those available through your catalogue?
Everything available through our catalogue is also available through our Online Store. We hope to have a variety of non-standard colours and unique leathers sold exclusively through our Online Store. Sign-up for our email list for automatic email notices for this service.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly refund or exchange any product within 30 days of receipt of this shipment. No questions asked and NO RE-STOCKING FEES EVER. The product must be in its original condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return results from our error.
