Returns & Refunds Policy

Before dispatching, we carefully and thoroughly inspect the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item, you can ask for an exchange or return of the item. We accept exchange or return according to the following terms:

  • When you receive the item, please carefully check the stitching and size, if you found any design, stitching, or size issue, please take high-resolution images of the faulted area and pack the jacket as it is.
  • Send us details and proven images of the faulted area to review your case and get it resolved.
  • The returned item must be in its original packing and condition along with the tags attached
  • We strongly recommend you make sure the selected size perfectly fits you. If you return the item on the basis of a size issue, we will not accept any return or exchange, but if you found wrong measurements comparing our size charts.
  • Products that have been stitched based on custom instructions will not be returnable or exchangeable.
  • If the quantity of the same product is more than 1 then we will not accept return or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs, and other charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned Item shipped back via the same courier service is preferred, or your selected courier must be provided a tracking number to track the item.

Please note that we will return 100% jacket cost but any other charges including shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs, charges for any customization, etc, any shipping charges you have to pay yourself to send the item back also any fee applied by PayPal, 2CO, etc will be paid from the returned amount.

We will refund the money within 15 days after receiving a returned item, please note that we can refund via the same payment method used to purchase an item or any alternative payment method.
