Shipping Policy

Before shipping the product, we thoroughly inspect the material to ensure it is of good quality. We choose fast and cheap courier services for the customer’s convenience to ship the items. We opt for the best courier services like

  • SkyNet
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS

In a specific case of unavailability of all of the above-given courier services, we may choose any other available courier service, but we will not charge any extra charges.

Our goal is always to provide the best experience possible for our customers. Therefore, if you wish to return or exchange your jacket, it must be returned in its original packing and conditions with tags attached.

Any product purchase you made can be returned without any question asked. However, some essential policies and information that both management and clients need to be aware of.

First of all, we recommend our customers decide what size they are comfortable with. Then, measures will be selected more accurately, reducing the number of returns by 90 percent caused by an incorrect selection.

  1. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges in case of returns.
  2. We’ll refund your money or exchange it for you within 14 days of delivery. However, shipment charges are excluded.
  3. Items made by custom order and items on special deals are not returnable for exchange or refund.
  4. The buyer of the alteration is responsible for the shipping costs on both sides.
  5. We will process orders depending on the order’s size and the customer chooses the colors. Because of this, incorrect sizes or colors will not be refunded/returned for either standard or customized products.
  6. Please double-check all your measurements before placing an order. You can find detailed size charts on our website.
