Intellectual property and product authenticity
uLeather is an independent seller of leatherwear, accessories, and costume-style products. Unless a product page clearly says that an item is licensed, the item is not official merchandise and is not endorsed by any studio, publisher, brand, team, game, or character owner.
How product references are used
Some product titles use a name or reference to describe the style a customer is searching for. That reference does not claim affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or authenticity. We do not intentionally sell counterfeit goods or use a third party’s logo as uLeather branding.
Supplier and design checks
- Suppliers must provide original product photographs and a description of the material and construction.
- Products that reproduce a protected logo, emblem, artwork, or character design require rights or supplier documentation before listing.
- uLeather may pause, rename, replace, or remove a listing when provenance or authorization cannot be verified.
- Customers should not submit third-party logos, artwork, or protected marks for personalization without permission.
Report a concern
Rights holders and suppliers can email info@uleather.com with the product URL, the relevant work or mark, proof of rights, and the requested action. We review complete notices promptly and may temporarily suspend the listing while we investigate.
