Made-to-order garments

The published production estimate is 4–5 working days after payment and complete order details, subject to the production queue and customization. This estimate is for garments requiring stitching, not every sourced accessory in the catalog.

Dispatch and transit

Orders dispatch from Pakistan.

The published transit estimate is typically 15–25 days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier handling. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See the shipping policy for delays, duties and tracking.

When your order arrives

Check the item, chosen options and included pieces. For damage or an incorrect item, save photos and contact support under the returns policy. Include your order number in correspondence.
