Last updated: October 18, 2026. uLeather ships leather jackets, cosplay costumes, handbags, belts, wallets and accessories through trackable courier services whenever available.

Processing Time

Processing time depends on product availability, customization, measurement review, production queue, payment clearance and complete order details. Orders that require missing measurements, design clarification or support review may take longer before dispatch.

Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom, made-to-measure, altered or cosplay-set orders may require additional preparation time because fit, product details and quality checks matter. Please submit accurate measurements and reference details to avoid delays.

Quality Check Before Dispatch

Before shipment, orders may be reviewed for product type, visible defects, size or measurement notes, accessories, packaging and dispatch details.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

We use available courier and postal services based on destination, service availability and product type. Tracking information is shared when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipment is created.

International Orders, Duties and Delays

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges or import requirements charged by their country unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs inspection, weather, local courier delays, incorrect address details or regional restrictions can affect delivery time.

Published timing estimates

For made-to-order garments requiring stitching, the published production estimate is 4–5 working days after payment and complete order details. The published transit estimate is typically 15–25 days after dispatch, depending on destination. Production queues, customization, customs and courier delays can extend these estimates. They are not a guaranteed event-delivery date.

For a sourced accessory, ready-to-ship item or delivery deadline, ask support to confirm the item’s processing estimate for your destination before purchase. Review the shipping charges shown at checkout before paying.

Shipping charges before payment

The current standard flat rate is US$39 per order for the United States and other destinations covered by the store’s shipping configuration. The final shipping charge and any applicable checkout taxes are shown after you enter your address. Import duties and destination charges may be collected separately. No free-shipping or express-delivery offer is included unless it is explicitly available for your order at checkout.
